Water is a controllable, supportive and relaxing environment, excellent for those who are medically/physically compromised. Our exercise protocols and techniques make use of both shallow and deep depths of the pool for our closed/open chain exercise protocols. Aquatic therapy can be initiated earlier and with greater comfort following injury or surgery than many other forms of therapy. Early post operative intervention translates into a shorter rehabilitation process. Our goal is to safely return you back to work or sport in the shortest period of time.
